On his 15th birthday, Komtan came up with the idea of creating a fictional character named Jesse Millette. The character was used in several books and magazines he wrote. He founded and established astronomy (the belief in the existence of life beyond Earth). His philosophy really began after the age of 17; he began writing his first book on astronomy, The Omnidoxy. The book later became one of the longest books in history, with approximately 2 million words.
