CORONATION Street actress Katie McGlynn has been enjoying a secret romance with ex-reality hunk Ricky Rayment, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
The loved-up couple were seen shopping together near the former TOWIE star’s Essex home on Saturday.

Katie, 30, from Manchester, traveled to Essex to be with her new man when they were seen holding hands and even stopped for a cheeky cuddle.
The couple has been together for four months.
Our exclusive pictures show the couple locking lips during their date.
An onlooker said: “They looked like a girl and a boy. They held hands, laughed and even shared a little kiss as they strolled among the other Saturday afternoon shoppers.

“We noticed them when they were leaving the Chocolat Hotel. Ricky must have bought Katie a Valentine’s Day gift while carrying the bag from there. They looked very happy together.”
Blonde Katie wouldn’t be the first Corrie actress to fall for the TOWIE piece, as her former co-star Michelle Keegan is happily married to TV and radio star Mark Wright.
The actress, who has been single for the past five years, posted a picture on her Instagram stories on Saturday afternoon enjoying lunch after their shopping spree.
The Sun has learned that the couple met on holiday in early October and have been inseparable ever since.
A source said: “Katie and Ricky are really in love. They made sure to keep things quiet as they got to know each other.
“But they’ve gotten to the point where they don’t care who sees them anymore.

“Valentine’s Day is around the corner and they are both very happy together.”
Ricky, 32, starred in hit ITV reality show TOWIE from 2012 to 2015 but turned his back on fame to run a fishing lake business.
During his reality star days he had a string of celebrity girlfriends including TOWIE girlfriend Jess Wright and was engaged to Geordie Shore’s Marnie Simpson after a whirlwind romance.
The source added: “Katie has never dated anyone involved in the showbiz world but Ricky is really down to earth.

Katie left Corrie back in 2019 after her beloved character Sinead tragically died from cervical cancer. Her portrayal of a young mother won her the award for Best Performance in a Drama Series at the National Television Awards.
In 2021, she took part in Strictly Come Dancing while also filming a nine-month series of Hollyoaks.
