This season, the club won three top-level games, defeating Miami, Florida State (16 points) and Kentucky (21–13). Dabo Swinney benefited greatly from the vote of confidence, leading Clemson to a record 10-3 season in 2011, winning the ACC Championship for the first time since 1991. In 2013, he also led Clemson to its third consecutive 10-win season, including a 38-35 win over Georgia.
