Two young girls were found dead in the house along with a man and a woman in a quadruple tragedy.

They were named locally as Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, and his two daughters – as well as a 36-year-old woman who has not been identified.

Norfolk Police confirmed that the people found dead in the house this morning were two girls and a man and a woman who were all from the same family.

But only three of them lived in the house full-time, and the fourth lived there on a temporary basis.

A mum who lives opposite the house said: “We don’t know what happened. It’s just devastating.

“The fact that the children are dead makes it even worse. I can’t imagine what happened.

– I exchanged neighborly smiles with the family that lived there.

Another neighbor said Mr. Kuczynski was reported missing about a month ago, just before Christmas.

Detective Chief Inspector Chris Burgess said: “All four people are believed to know each other.

“Investigations are underway to officially identify them. We believe they were all family members at the time.

“Three people are believed to be living at that address, and one more is transient.”

Burgess confirmed that officers had been in contact with the family during the missing persons investigation before Christmas.

A police cordon is currently in place on a quiet housing estate in Allan Bedford Crescent.

One local told the BBC that police were not allowing people to leave their homes while they investigated.
