Keke Palmer of True Jackson, of Vice President fame, has been blasted again by her boyfriend Darius Daulton Jackson over the outfit she wore to Usher’s show in Las Vegas earlier this month. Following criticism on Twitter, Jackson responded:
We live in a generation where the man of the family does not want a wife and mother to show his children her asses to please others, and he is told how much of a hater he is.
This is my family and my national team. I have standards and morals for what I believe.

Palmer was spotted hugging Usher, slow dancing and singing along to his There Goes My Baby during the 4th of July event in a sheer black dress over a matching thong bodysuit. Jackson previously said in response to the video of the incident:
“It’s the clothes… you’re mom.”
Afterward, netizens slammed the 29-year-old fitness enthusiast and social media celebrity for publicly humiliating his girlfriend and calling her his “wife.”

However, in March 2022, the couple deleted pictures of each other from social media, sparking rumors of their break up. Although none of them admitted anything, the couple had their first child, a boy, Leodis, in February of this year.

Palmer told Harper’s Bazaar in March 2020, before she met Jackson, why she prefers to keep her personal life private.
“I’m not really into online relationships, mostly because I don’t know how to do it without looking, like, cute or something, you know?” she told the site. “Yes, I’m completely honest, but I keep some things from my family and friends.”
Palmer discussed her choice to go public with her relationship with Jackson on The Tamron Hall Show in November 2021. “It became harder to hide,” she said of her decision to upload pictures of herself with Jackson at the time. “We spend so much time together, and he’s truly my closest friend, that it just becomes a thing where I’m not going to hide something that makes me happy.”
“It’s not going to be everything you see, my job is my job,” Palmer said, “but at the end of the day, this is somebody important to me, so why not?”

The couple has kept their relationship very low-key since they first linked in 2021, attending only a few events together, but Palmer told Bustle she’s not hiding anything: “This is the happiest I’ve ever felt with someone.” So why would I go out of my way to cover up for that person? It’s a much bigger effort than just living and being in my life.”
