David Birtwistle is a British fitness coach who gained fame for appearing on Netflix’s dating reality show Too Hot To Handle (2020).

David Birtwistle was born on Thursday, March 30, 1990 (Age 30; as of 2020) in London, England. He studied at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, where he studied a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning. In 2013, he moved on to London South Bank University to study for a Foundation Degree in Engineering. He subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. He holds a BTN Academy of Nutrition qualification, as well as a Diploma in Elite Athlete Development (Rugby).

After graduating in 2016, David joined MRC Mineral Commodities in South Africa for a month. He quit his job and started working as a fitness and nutrition coach. Soon after, he opened his own fitness studio “David Coaching” in 2011. In 2015, he became the head coach of the international fitness community F45 Training. In 2019, he founded his own company “Endeavour Life”.
