The Grant County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation after three people were found inside a home in Crittenden. The remains of three people were found inside the mobile home they owned on Indian Hill Drive. Detectives claim that the owner installed a generator when the power went out in the house a few weeks ago. However, investigators noted that the park did not allow generators, so they set up a generator in a bedroom in the back of the house. Odors began to waft through the house as the victims slept outside.

One of the victims appeared to be missing from work, and detectives said it was too late when a family member showed up to see how they were doing. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, the victims are Aubrie McGoveny, 20, of Covington; David Vertis Dye, 53, of Crittenden; and David Vertis Lee Dye, 21, of Crittenden.
