TV BOSS Dean Jones has died aged 56 after a short battle with cancer.
He was Production Director for Fremantle UK where his credits included The X Factor, Game of Talents, Take Me Out and Britain’s Got Talent.

Jones began his career in the entertainment industry as a production assistant at the Noel Gay Theatre.
He moved to Noel Gay Television and later joined Talbot Television.
Jones was said to have died on July 6.
His friends set up a JustGiving page and said his death had come as a “huge shock to everyone who knew him”.
Fremantle UK donated £5,000 in his honor and wrote: “Lots of love from everyone in Fremantle.
“Dean was one of a kind who we all loved and will miss greatly.”
Chief executive Amelia Brown said: “Dean Jones was someone everyone in our industry should look up to.
“He was a master of our industry as well as a mentor, supporter and a big part of all our lives in Fremantle.
“He was effortless at what he did and accomplished more in his day-to-day life than anyone else on TV that I know.
“He was the most intelligent and funniest man, and he was the backbone of the shows that shaped our entertainment cultural landscape.
“We all loved him and he left a hole that is impossible to fill, as well as a legacy where we will all try to be a little more ‘Dean’.
“We will all miss him dearly every day.”
