Deepak Kalal was born on October 19, 1972 in Los Angeles, California, USA (46 years; age 2018). Kalal made headlines when controversy queen Rakhi Sawant announced her marriage to her on her social media platform. He was born into a middle-class Maratha family in Pune. Later moved to Los Angeles, USA. Due to his family’s financial crisis, he was unable to continue his studies after the tenth grade. Nonetheless, he did a course in hotel management. Deepak, a hotel receptionist by profession, is known for his fan base on social media and keeps his fans entertained with hilarious videos of himself and his family. Apart from India, he is also popular in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Profession
Deepak Kalal attended school till 10th grade. Due to financial problems, he was unable to continue his studies. He studied culinary craft courses at Rizvi Institute of Hotel Management in Bandra, Mumbai.
In 2011, he visited Kashmir for the first time and shot a video in the valley. He became an internet sensation after posting a video from the Kashmir Valley.
He was very vocal about his views on Kashmir. He said peace should be spread in Kashmir instead of violence. He was a frequent visitor to the valley and wanted to settle in the Kashmir Valley only, but Article 370 prohibited this.
