Deepali Sayed started her acting career in 2004 with the role of Pallavi in the Marathi comedy film Chatur Navra Chikni Baiko. She shot to fame in the song “Ye Ga Ye Main” from the 2005 film Jatra: Hyalagaad Re Tyalagaad. In 2006, she appeared in the movies “Chashme Bahaddar” and “Hirva Chuda”. In 2007, Deepali played the lead role in the film Jau Tithe Kau and in the same year she also did a film called Mumbaicha Dabewala. In 2008, she played the role of a Rawani dancer in the film Sasu Numbari Jawai Dus Numbri. In 2009, she played a supporting role in the comedy film Lagnachi Varat Londonchya Ghara. She worked as a dancer in films like “Uchla Re Uchla” (2012) and “Fekam Faak” (2013). In 2020, she appeared in the short video “Punha Ekada Garud Bharari Gheu”.
