Design students turn old billboards into shelters for stray dogs

Thailand is famous for its beaches, delicious food, very rich culture and impressive temples.

Unfortunately, there are many stray dogs on the streets. There are millions of dogs on the street and there are not enough homes for these countless dogs.

To help stray dogs, the designer created shelters for stray dogs. The designer installed old billboards so the dogs were protected from the elements and had a home.

He turns old billboards into collapsible shelters. He made such shelters in different parts of Thailand.

He has built more than 20 shelters for stray dogs. The designer’s name is Ajarn Yossaphon Chanthongjeen.

His idea was a huge success. This is his doctoral program. Thanks to him, many helpless dogs have shelter, protection and feel useful.
