Destiny 2: How To Complete Sails Of The Shipstealer Week 3

Another week in Destiny 2‘s Season of Plunder has arrived, which means the continuation of the Sails of the Shipstealer storyline. A few more steps in the quest chain and 10 new seasonal challenges have been unlocked. Guardians must collect another darkness relic before Eramis’ pirate crew can capture the reliquary. Week 3 features a new location and more enemies to defeat on the search for the next pirate hideout.

In Sails of the Shipstealer Week 1 in Destiny 2, Guardians unknowingly rescued The Spider after his transport to the Last City was compromised. The Drifter was responsible for this shipment and requested the help of players to defeat the enemy Fallen. The Spider was then transported to the Ether Tank in the Eliksni Quarter. Eramis, with the help of The Witness, returned and was behind the attack. While the reason has not been fully revealed, the Kell of Darkness is searching for a set of relics associated with the darkness. Each week Guardians are sent to retrieve these powerful objects by The Drifter, Spider, Mithrax, and his daughter Eido.

Players can start the third week of Sails of the Shipstealer by talking to Mithrax from the Star Chart at the H.E.L.M. in Destiny 2. Guardians must then embark on another Expedition to dig up more buried treasure. This time, however, the activity takes place on Nessus. Players should check their Captain’s Log to make sure they have created a map, before starting the Expedition Playlist. Otherwise, they will be unable to get the buried treasure map at the end of the activity. Those that are short on Map Fragments will need to complete a round of Ketchcrash.

Completing Sails Of The Shipstealer Quest (Week 2) In Destiny 2

Destiny 2 Sails of the Shipstealer Week 3 Pirate Hideout

While on the new Expedition, Guardians will most likely finish the second part of their quest. This is defeating 50 combatants on Nessus. After digging up the buried treasure, players are asked to defeat two more members of Eramis’ pirate crew. The destination map for the H.E.L.M. will display the icon for Pirate Hideout: The Blademasters. Guardians must take out both Tagh’al and Thagh’urn before they can retrieve the relic in Destiny 2.

Once collected, players need to return to the Ether Tank in the Eliksni Quarter. They will witness an intense conversation between Spider, Eido, and Mithrax. Next, Guardians will speak to The Drifter at the holoprojector directly outside the Ether Tank. He briefly talks about the turmoil between Mithrax and Eido. Lastly, Guardians will need to collect their Engram from Spider. Players are asked to wait until next week for the continuation of Sails of the Shipstealer in Destiny 2.
