Pooja entered Bigg Boss Season 11 (Padosi Bajayenge Barah; 2017-18) as a wild card contestant. While inside the Bigg Boss house, rumors started doing the rounds about her romance with co-contestant Akash Dadlani. None of the rumors have been confirmed. This picture was taken during the shoot of her song “Dilon Ka Shooter”. The Delhi Police promptly addressed his complaint and assured him that they would take action against Dhinchak Pooja for violating traffic rules.

In July 2017, a YouTube user named “Kathappa Singh” submitted a copyright claim to YouTube regarding Dhinchak Pooja’s video. YouTube removed her video after reviewing the statement. The videos were later reuploaded by other channels.
