Amybeth McNulty and boyfriend Louis Hynes Split
On February 2, 2022, McNulty took to Instagram to share a few anecdotes from a night out with her friends at a pub in the UK. In one of those posts, she implied that she had broken up with her lover. The article detailed her intentions to use Thursday, a dating app only available on Thursdays. The first indication of her dating status came when she revealed that she would be joining the app soon. Then, in the next sentence, she said that using the app is a “weekly ritual” for her and her friends.
“Is everyone in the bar single? Iconic,” she wrote immediately afterwards. Afterward, Hynes’ Instagram posts were flooded with comments from worried followers who wanted to know if they had split. This was especially true of their January 25, 2022 article, “Did you and Amybeth break up?” someone said, followed by three sobbing emoticons. “Looks like it,” someone else said in response to the query. Fans mentioned below in the comments section that they discovered something strange. They noticed that Hynes had stopped following McNulty on the platform. It’s unclear when this happened, but based on the time fans left these remarks, it appears to have happened in early February 2022. Others have speculated that they may have stopped commenting on that particular statement. Other users realized that unfollowing went both ways.
