Dierks Bentley Is Expanding His Gravel & Gold Tour Into 2024 — and Bringing Along Chase Rice, Lee Brice and More

Dierks Bentley extends his Gravel and gold Journey to 2024.

The country music star, 48, announced Monday that he will continue a string of tour dates in support of his latest album, 2023. Gravel and goldthis year with 31 additional performances.

The Grammy-nominated artist will be hitting the road again this summer and bringing a star-studded lineup of guests with him. Throughout the tour, he will be supported by Chase Rice and Lee Brice. Select dates will also feature special guests including rising Americana and country artists Graham Barham, Tyler Braden, Kaitlin Butts, Mae Estes, Ella Langley, Randy Rogers Band, Zach Top, Tanner Usrey and Bella White.

Bentley will start the latest interaction Gravel and gold Tour in early June in Fort Worth, Texas. They will play a handful of shows in the South and Midwest in June, followed by shows along the East Coast in late July and August. During August, he will also return to the Midwest before finishing the run on August 21st in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The “Drunk on a Plane” singer shared a statement in a press release about his decision to extend his Gravel and gold tour. He explained: “The Gravel and gold The tour was the best of my career and I’m not ready to leave it behind.”

“We’re so connected to this production that it allows me to live in the moment with the fans, and it’s magic!” Bentley continued. “I’m bringing in some old friends and some newer artists who all put their own unique spin on country, bluegrass and Americana music. I can’t wait to watch their performances and hopefully sing with them. These collaborations are the highlight of my summer every year.”

The singer-songwriter also teased the tour by sharing a fun video on Instagram showing off his list of exciting opening acts.

Accompanied by his track “Gold,” the clip is edited to make it look like he’s about to hit the road with his backing talent by throwing car keys at one artist after another. While some of them were busy practicing and in the recording studio, others were caught in awkward moments, like relaxing on the beach or using the bathroom.

“It’s going to be a killer summer, y’all. Can’t wait to see you guys out there,” Bentley says at the end of the clip.

When the “Beers On Me” singer announced Gravel and gold in early 2023, he spoke with PEOPLE about his process of creating what has become his 10th studio album.

He explained that the project was born after he returned to Nashville after living with his family in Colorado for a while, despite being unsure about the move. “The whole album is connected to the song ‘Same Ol’ Me,'” he said. “The further you go, sometimes you’re there. This album is quite similar to my first record. It kind of feels like a full-circle moment.”

“I’ve tried to change and grow and get better at what I do, but at the end of the day, I’m still the same guy I’ve always been, making music that’s good for me,” he said, adding, “I’ve got nothing to lose.”

Tickets for 2024 Gravel and gold The tour will start with several pre-sales. Bentley Fan Club members will get access to Tuesday’s pre-sale, which starts at 10am local time and runs through Thursday. The Spotify pre-sale will also take place simultaneously.

The official public sale will begin Friday at 10 a.m. local time on Dierks.com, except for select dates. (Tickets for the Aug. 19 concert in Grand Rapids, Michigan will go on sale March 1, and tickets for the June 27 show in Lafayette, Louisiana will be available March 8. No word yet on when fans can purchase tickets to a concert in Buffalo, New York on July 20.)
