No matter what others say, it is time to tell the truth. Her husband is a liar. He left her and didn’t even bother to come out for a while. She didn’t inform us when she got married. I object to her living in a very small place in Oshiwara after marriage. She used to live in a big house in Mira Road. She has been going through a lot recently.”

I am Divya’s husband Gagan and there have been a lot of rumours and rumors about me lately. There have been a lot of articles about me everywhere saying that I am a liar, I am absconding and my mom asked Divya’s mom that if she needs financial help, she will help her. I just want to tell you one thing, all this is nonsense, please don’t believe them. The truth is, I was away from Mumbai due to my work. I work in production and as you all know our profession requires us to be away from home a lot, but my family and I were in constant touch with Divya. When Divya fell ill and tested COVID positive, I was away from home due to work. Her friends got her admitted to the hospital and contacted her family. She tried to contact me but she couldn’t reach me as I was out of the network coverage area. She was in constant touch with my mother.”
