SENIOR Joe Biden delivered his “worst” performance at a major international summit, G7 insiders say – after he was bizarrely caught freezing again.
Heads of world powers, including the UK’s Rishi Sunak, were due to get a group photo, but a wayward Biden wandered off before being brought back by Italian Prime Minister Giorgio Meloni.

After the worrisome entanglements, sources questioned the US president.
The 81-year-old was “losing focus” during a gathering of world leaders in Puglia, Italy, according to well-informed diplomatic sources.
One told The Sun: “It’s the worst it’s ever been.”
Another insider added that the president showed moments of wit and clarity during meetings, while at other times he seemed to “lose focus” and concentration.
Other participants from multiple delegations described Biden’s performance as “disgraceful.”
It came after embarrassing footage showed the president and other world leaders watching paratroopers descend from the sky carrying allied flags.
But the show of unity and military power was quickly overshadowed when Biden decided to turn his back on the group as they applauded the latest jumper.
The 81-year-old was seen standing still with a huge smile on his face for a few seconds before deciding to move away from the pack.
After taking a few small, laborious steps, he starts talking to someone and gives them a thumbs up.
All the remaining heads of state stand looking at Biden with a confused look on their faces as Emmanuel Macron, Rishi Sunak and Giorgio Meloni stare in his direction before they all look at each other.
Meloni then takes a shot at the president as he talks to Macron before pulling Biden’s hand.
By this point, the commander-in-chief is facing the opposite direction, with his back to everyone else.
A quick-thinking Meloni manages to steer Biden back toward the photographers as all G7 members move to the left to surround the American leader.
As all the leaders smile and look towards the camera, Biden decides to slowly put on his aviator sunglasses before posing for a picture.
White House Press Secretary Andrew Bates claimed that Biden was simply congratulating a diver on the floor who was collecting his belongings.
Bates went on to blame the “desperate” media for using an “artificially narrow frame” to make Biden look bad.
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak threw a supportive arm around his key ally, suggesting Mr Biden speak to the jumpers taking part in the performance.

Speaking to reporters on Friday morning, Mr. Sunak said: “As I recall, he went to go and shake hands with all of them.”
The Prime Minister added: “As far as I know, he went to talk to some of the skydivers to thank them individually or say hello.”
However, Mr Biden later missed a summit dinner for leaders held at a luxury hotel in southern Italy.
Revealing growing concern in diplomatic circles, the Sun’s political editor Harry Cole told our show Never Mind the Ballots: “He ran off to dinner last night… But my sources, diplomatic sources here, say it’s the worst they’ve ever seen Joe Biden, he’s in bad shape too.
“He loses focus in meetings. Sometimes he’s very sharp, sometimes he’s not. So there are some worrying developments.
“There was an awkward moment with President Biden last night where he looked very limp.

“He wandered around, he kind of wandered off and Giorgia Meloni, the Italian prime minister, had to kind of bring him back to the audience. It was quite painful to watch.
“Everybody’s a bit brave this morning. We’ve got some more for tomorrow in the papers. But you can see for yourself from that video, can’t you?
“Now this is getting embarrassing. You really wonder how President Biden is going to be able to campaign in October and November for re-election and is this a man who really thinks he’s going to survive the next four years?”
Earlier this week, Biden appeared to freeze again for a moment during a June 16 celebration at the White House.
He looked stoic at the event – raising further concerns just months before the presidential election.
The Democrat’s tenure was plagued by gaffes and mistakes.
He fell down the steps of Air Force One and stumbled on countless occasions.
Last year, Biden suffered a fall at an Air Force Academy graduation ceremony.
In February, Biden baffled the leaders of Mexico and Egypt while addressing the nation after it emerged he would not face criminal charges for storing secret documents.
Last week, Biden appeared to grope for his seat while on stage with the Macrons and his wife Jill at a D-Day event — but there was no chair behind him.

Questions continue to swirl about Biden’s health and fitness for office — just months before Americans go to the polls.
And polls suggest Biden’s re-election bid could be tricky.
This week’s G7 meeting was also shrouded in controversy after Putin promised an “extremely painful” reaction to the deal reached at the meeting to raise $50 billion for Ukraine.
The Kremlin called the deal “cynical and criminal” after hearing the money would be raised using frozen Russian central bank assets.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke to leaders before the viral video asking for a “historic” loan to prevent Putin’s troops from breaking through to the front lines.
The agreement was later confirmed by diplomats from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Great Britain and the USA.
Biden and Zelensky also spoke together at a press conference where they showed clear defiance of Russian aggression.

PRESIDENT Biden appeared to freeze for a moment during a June 16 celebration at the White House.
The commander-in-chief looked statuesque at the event, raising further concerns just months before the presidential election.
It came just days after Joe Biden, 81, looked lost while with French President Emmanuel Macron at D-Day commemorations in Normandy.
A video shared Tuesday by the RNC research group shows Biden smiling as Vice President Kamala Harris and George Floyd’s family members dance.
Biden stood still while Harris danced to the music.
The president was motionless in the video for about 20 seconds before Floyd’s brother, Philonise, hugged him.
Biden then raised his hand before punching Philonise.
Another viral clip showed a tired-looking Biden drinking what appeared to be Gatorade.
The president then gave a disjointed speech that was not coherent at some points.
“This day reminds us that we still have a lot of work to do. Let’s keep marching. Let’s keep the faith,” Biden told the crowd at one point.
