Dr. Jitendra Aggarwal was born on 16 September 1972 in Delhi, India (48 years old as of 2020). Jitendra Aggarwal completed his initial education in Delhi and then obtained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree to become a Dental Surgeon. Jitendra Aggarwal practiced medicine for six years but had to stop practicing medicine in 2004 when he became blind due to macular degeneration, one of the leading causes of severe vision loss.

- Many companies like Reliance Retail, Infosys, Lemon Tree Hotels etc. have taken the initiative to hold placement drives at the centre. The organisation has helped over 10,000 persons with disabilities find jobs in various sectors like retail, BPO, IT and hospitality.
- The organization holds the National Conference on Persons with Disabilities every year at AICTE in New Delhi. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s conference will be held through video conferencing. The conference is held on December 18-19, 2020.
