Draya Michele and Jalen Green welcomed their baby girl!
On Friday, May 17, the Mint Swim founder, 39, revealed the birth of her daughter with the Houston Rockets star, 22. According to Michele, the baby arrived on Mother’s Day, May 12.
In a social media post, she revealed the importance of her daughter’s date of birth.
“In 2021, on Mother’s Day, my dad passed away. Since then, it has been very difficult for me to celebrate that day without remembering the heartbreaking phone call I received that morning,” Michele wrote on the carousel on Instagram.
The first photo showed a room filled with flower arrangements.
She continued, “Well, this Mother’s Day was different. My daughter was safely brought into this world and I am forever grateful for the new memories we will all experience moving forward.”

On his second move, Basketball women alum (whose real name is Andraya Michele Howard), shared a photo of herself holding her newborn’s foot.
She and Green have been romantically involved since August 2023. He first revealed his pregnancy with Michele during a post-game interview in March 2024.
Michele later announced they were expecting the same month via social media.

“Happy International Women’s Day! As women, we go through so much, which often leads us to ask, “What is my purpose?” For me, the magic lies in motherhood and the awe-inspiring ability to bring life into this world in the span of two decade. It’s my superpower,” she wrote on March 8 on an Instagram carousel of her pregnancy shoot.
Michele has two sons from previous relationships. Her firstborn child is named Kniko, and she later had another son, Jru, with former NFL player Orlando Scandrick.
The Dose Dray star and Green have mostly kept their relationship under wraps, and although they don’t post photos of each other online, they have been photographed together on various occasions.

The model also shared photos of herself supporting Green on the field.
She has also been documenting her pregnancy through social media, sharing photos of her baby bump since first revealing it in March.
On April 29, Michele posted pictures from her birthday.
“I organized an intimate gathering to celebrate the anticipation of 🍒 WILDER TIMES AHEAD 🍒 and becoming a #GirlMom,” she began in the caption.

“You know I had to be different and provide an evening atmosphere with candles, Tuscan Italian food and wine and music ranging from Frankie Beverly to Sexyy Red. Thanks to all our friends and family who came to celebrate. That meant a lot to us,” concluded Michele.
