In addition to Ross’ facial hair, Barrymore also added some chest hair. She wore one of Ross’ classic blue bobs, open to show off her curls (and her gold chain necklace).

Ross Mathews — co-host of Barrymore’s “Drew’s News” and one of her “Drew Crew” — also got in on the action, dressing up as country superstar Dolly Parton.

The fun doesn’t stop with Barrymore and Ross. Guest Ree Drummond also stopped by the show, dressed as Barrymore herself.
A picture taken of her entrance shows the audience’s surprise at Drummond’s uncanny resemblance to the show’s host. Dressed in one of Barrymore’s favorite ’70s-inspired brown suits, patterned shirts, silk ties and oversized floral pins, the Food Network star could easily be Barrymore’s doppelgänger. Drummond even covered her auburn locks with a wig that matched Barrymore’s shade.
During her appearance, Drummond sat at the “Drew’s News” table before taking Barrymore and Mathews through a cooking demonstration (presumably from her latest cookbook, Dinner is ready).
