No father is immune to the whims of his kids — including Dwyane Wade!
On Friday, the NBA legend, 41, shared a series of videos on his Instagram Story showing his 5-year-old daughter Kaavia James giving him a makeover, before he returned the favor.
Wade began the set of videos with a shot of Kaavia — whom he welcomed with wife Gabrielle Union in November 2018 — using her finger to smudge what appeared to be black eyeshadow on her father’s nose. He pulled the camera up to his face to see what she was doing and told her the view was “so amazing” as they laughed.
“Daughters get away with everything,” he wrote at the bottom of the video, in which he jokingly shook his head in displeasure at the sight.

In the next video, Wade tells Kaavia to “do it again,” as she presses the eyeshadow palette onto her face and moves it around.
“That’s how we always put our makeup on and we’re done,” Wade said with a laugh in the video.
Eye shadow wasn’t the only product Kaavia wanted to use to transform her father, it seemed, as in the next clip she began to draw pencils on his face as he waited patiently in a chair wearing white sunglasses.

“I have a pen in my hand,” Kaavia said, to which Wade replied, “I see you writing on my face.” She then drew something on his earlobe, telling her father, “This might tickle, okay? This might tickle.”
The retired NBA player flipped the script in the following video, saying, “This is Kaavia doing my makeup. I just made hers.” He pointed the camera at her face, showing off his makeup masterpiece. Her face had green eyeshadow strokes over her eyebrows and on the bridge of her nose, as well as orange strokes on her cheeks and forehead.
“I like it,” Wade remarked.

The girl appeared ready for revenge in the following clip, warning: “Ready boys?” before taking the eye shadow palette and rubbing it on her dad’s face and head.
“Isn’t that enough,” he jokingly shouted as his daughter laughed. “There you go,” she said when she was done, to which he said with a laugh, “Yeah, that looks better. Yeah, that looks great.”
Finally, Wade let Kaavia wipe his makeup off with a tissue as she told him, “This is what you have to do sometimes, wipe your whole face. Your nose [is] to come back. You might have to take a shower because of your nose.”
“Why are you so rude?”, Wade jokingly asked his daughter, and she replied: “Because I have to take off all my makeup!” Wade concluded with another laugh, “This is a makeup tutorial.”

The fun continues for the father-daughter duo, who along with Union, 51, recently celebrated Kaaviya’s fifth birthday earlier this month.
“BIG 5!!!! Happy birthday to our PRINCESS @kaaviajames 🎂🎈🎉 Your village loves them as much as you do!” Wade wrote on Instagram on Nov. 7, alongside a series of photos from the birthday girl’s princess-themed party.
Before that, they were also seen dancing to “Peaches” together in another set of videos posted on the proud father’s Instagram earlier this month.
“When dad is responsible for the morning routine before school,” Wade jokingly captioned the clip.
In addition to sharing Kaaviu with her husband, Union is also stepmother to Wade’s children, Zaire, 21, and Zaya, 16, who he shares with ex-wife Siovaughn Funches, along with son Xavier, 9, who he shares with Aja Metoyer.
