Katie wore beige shorts and a black top in the sun and teamed the outfit with stylish platform wedges.
The mum-of-three covered her eyes with sunglasses as she walked towards Eamonn who sat waiting in the passenger seat.
It comes after The Sun revealed Katie had been staying with the GB News presenter – who is divorcing – at his luxury flat.
The Yorkshire-based relationship counselor also enjoyed trips to Ireland with Eamonn after they met through social media in 2015.
Eamonn treated her to a Beyonce concert, Center Parcs and a Manchester United game – while Katie was seen in his native Belfast.
Eamonn and Loose Women star Ruth Langsford left fans and the showbiz world in shock when they announced they were separating after 14 years of marriage in May.
They were together for 27 years.
A source told us: “The fact is he would still be in the matrimonial home, with Ruth looking after him, if she hadn’t found out what was going on behind her back.

FEARS FOR EAMONN
Eamonn caused concern today when he abruptly stopped broadcasting after falling ill in the middle of his show.
The presenter has been suffering from poor health in recent years.
Viewers were worried when he disappeared live on air.
A spokesman for GB News said today: “Eamonn had to finish a bit early today as he wasn’t feeling well. He hopes to be back tomorrow.’
Eamonn – who struggles with chronic pain – had a double hip replacement in 2016, followed by surgery last year, which left him in a wheelchair.
Last week he was seen arriving at an awards ceremony in a wheelchair.
