EAMONN Holmes is ‘crying on the shoulder’ of a Surrey friend who has known him and his wife Ruth Langsford for ‘years’.
Last month we revealed that TV golden couple Eamonn and wife Ruth, both 64, were divorcing after 14 years of marriage.

She is now claimed to be seeking comfort from long-time friend skincare expert Lisa Harris amid the shock break-up.
A friend of Eamonn’s told MailOnline: “Lisa has been there to support him through his marriage problems over the last few years. They’ve even been together recently.
“She grew close to him and was there to offer him a shoulder to cry on over the past few years as his marriage to Ruth fell apart.

The insider added that he has been a regular client at Lisa’s salon for years – and that they even attended the manager’s party together in 2022.
Lisa congratulated Eamonn and Ruth on winning the NTA the year before, in an Instagram post from her business page.
Alongside a picture of the couple, she wrote: “Well done for winning the NTA, well deserved, see you both soon.”
Lisa seems to be popular with some other celebrities, with Gladiator Jenny Pacey and Ice Dance choreographer Jason Gardiner also on her books.
A source close to Eamonn tells The Sun that Lisa is good friends with the TV star, but nothing more.
The Sun previously told how Ruth found messages between him and another woman on a laptop.
Her shock revelation six weeks ago led to the announcement that they were separating after 14 years of marriage.
Despite this, she has so far refused to take off her wedding ring and wore it in a post on social media yesterday.
Her decision to wear her wedding ring tight comes after her and Eamonn’s finances were revealed.
The pair co-own media company Holmes & Away Ltd, and documents published at Companies House this month show they recently confirmed they will remain co-directors of the company for at least another year.

They set up Holmes & Away Ltd in 2009 and have paid £164,000 in income tax over the past two years, meaning they have made around £1m in that period.
The nature of the company is described as a ‘radio broadcasting’ company and Eamonn is listed as managing director and Ruth as director of operations.
Ruth also runs a media company on her own called Hey Ho Ltd, which is worth £2m, according to books filed this year.

Before the shock announcement of their split, Ruth and Eamonn seemed like one of the strongest couples on British TV – even with their signature style of bickering.

1997 – The couple meet for the first time after being introduced by mutual friends, two years after Eamonn splits from his first wife, Gabrielle, with whom he has three children.
1997-2002 – To show respect for Gabrielle, the couple kept their relationship out of the limelight. Ruth told the Daily Mail: “I thought it said a lot about the kind of man he was, the father and the integrity he had. It made me love him more, not less.”
2002 – Ruth and Eamonn welcome their son Jack to the family.
2005 – Eamonn finalizes his divorce from Gabrielle.
2006 – The pair begin co-hosting episodes of This Morning on Fridays.
2010 – Eamonn proposes to Ruth while at the Cheltenham races, after asking Ruth’s mother for her hand in marriage.

2016 – Eamonn undergoes double hip replacement in first of many health battles.
June 2019 – On This Morning, Ruth and Eamonn reveal the secret to their happy marriage. Eamonn credits “compromise, consideration and a lot of marriage”, while Ruth said it was “laughter and an equal marriage”.
November 2020 – Ruth and Eamonn are replaced in their regular Friday slot by Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary in a ‘show shake-up’.
December 2021 – After a year of being moved to the bank holiday presenting slot, both Eamonn and Ruth have left This Morning.
January 2022 – Eamonn makes his debut on GB News, while Ruth remains on ITV in her long-standing role on Loose Women.
September 2022 – Eamonn undergoes spinal surgery after years of back problems, including a pinched sciatic nerve.
November 2022 – Eamonn falls down the stairs of his Surrey home with Ruth and breaks his shoulder, requiring further surgery.
September 2023 – Eamonn has a spine and neck stretch procedure as part of his year-long recovery.
May 2024 – Ruth and Eamonn announce their divorce after 14 years of marriage and 27 years of relationship.
Eamonn’s own broadcasting company, Red, White & Green Ltd, meanwhile, has far more modest earnings of £18,000.
The now-separated couple, who previously co-hosted This Morning, confirmed they were divorcing last month.
It has since been revealed that Eamonn has become close friends with the blonde spinster, who is in her 40s and works as a relationship counsellor.
TV presenter Eamonn has moved out of his and Ruth’s marital home in Surrey.
