After the Stained One obtained Azur’s Comet from the original sorcerer Azur on Mt. Gelmir, they can return to the Witch Sellen in the Waypoint Ruins for the first quest in her quest line – at Elden’s ring. Sellia is located near the center of the Caelid in the northeast of the Aeonia marsh. It is highly recommended that Tarnished bring lanterns, torches or lighting charms into Sellia Hideaway, as the tunnels are extremely dark. Another wall of illusion will block the way, but the player may be aware of this as nearby crystal mining enemies can be a bit noisy.
