Similar to Margit’s Shackle sold by Patches, Mohg’s Shackle is a tool Elden’s ring Used to ease boss battles with Mohg by temporarily tying the Bloodlord to the ground. Some Tarnished found this tool more used, using it as a trigger to freeze demigods in place, allowing the player to defeat Mogwin Palace bosses. However, discovering Mohg’s Shackle in itself was a challenge Elden’s ringbecause the item was hidden deep in the sewers beneath the royal capital Lyendell.
To get Mohg’s Shackle, enter Elden’s ring, the unclean explorer must first find the well that serves as the main entrance to the underground shelter. Starting from the walls of East Doun, go through the top of the walls protected by the Oracle. Use the elevator in the opposite building to reach the site and enter the main road. Head southwest and turn right into the ruins of the capital. Note that the Erdtree Avatar will drop near the portal leading to it.
After resting at the Avenue Balcony Grace stop, go down the stairs to the right. Turn left, jump over the railing and enter the courtyard below. In a northern corner there was a well where the Stained One could access the city’s sewers Elden’s ring. Tourists should get to the well quickly, as some of the nearby albino vines will try to grab the player.

Continue through the first few sewer tunnels to reach a dark room full of giant rats. Open the front door and turn left, jumping down a wide corridor filled with spooky enemies. Go into the first room on the right and find the Grace Underground Wayside Ruins. Next, go down the stairs to the left of the locked door opposite Grace Room. This path will lead to the central area of the sewer, identifiable by the wooden platform and the piping system.
Turn right, jump down the pipe below and fall to the sewer floor again Elden’s ring. Avoid the giant lobster nearby and run towards the hole in the wall on the left. . Head downstairs to the right and rest at the Site of Grace in Leyndell Catacombs. Once enemy hostility is reestablished, return to the entrance and look at the wall to the right where the sewage is coming out. Mohg’s Shackles can be found in the pile to the left of the sewer. Beware of a giant lobster sleeping nearby when trying to pick it up.
