Many people are interested in the allegations against Eli Erlick, an American activist, author, researcher, transgender woman and founder of Trans Student Educational Resources. She came out as transgender when she was eight years old, after experiencing violence, loneliness and prejudice.
Eli Erlick was banned from using the restroom at her school and faced threats and abuse for years afterward. Eli became famous as the youngest openly transgender person in California. At the age of 13, she openly changed her gender, but kept her old name. A short time later, she had a medical transition. She started working as a lawyer and writer at the age of 15, and at the age of 16 she founded the organization Trans Student Educational Resources. She attended Pitzer College in Claremont from 2013 to 2016, graduating with honors.

In February 2022, Erlick said that Matt Walsh, a prominent conservative Republican journalist, “tried to get dozens of trans people and medical professionals to participate in an anti-trans documentary under false pretenses.” When his producer tried to hire her for the project, she discovered that Walsh had set up a front organization called the Gender Unity Project. Walsh later revealed that the project was part of his next film, What Is a Woman?
A California trans activist who distributes sex-related hormones to young people online has a long history of sexual assault allegations, with multiple victims, some of whom were children at the time, accusing him of assaulting them. When Eli announced his intention to distribute unprescribed cross-sex hormones to young people over the Internet, he came under fire. “I work with a network of wholesalers to get you hormones if you need them.” It’s all free, no questions asked, Erlick said on Instagram on May 23.
“There are currently hundreds of doses of testosterone, estradiol and spironolactone available.” They all had unused prescriptions.”
Erlick quickly retracted the letter when political commentator Matt Walsh and the prominent Twitter account @libsoftiktik reposted it, but archived copies of the statement remain online. Erlick went on to say that the move is a clear rejection of proposed restrictions that would limit children’s access to “gender-affirming” medical drugs. The regulation was primarily triggered by an accumulation of studies that raised concerns about the possibility of long-term negative side effects. On his Instagram story, Erlick thanked Walsh for the “free advertising” before deleting it.
Arrest and charges against Eli Erlick
Eli Erlick has not been arrested at the time of writing this article as there has been no official announcement of his arrest. Testosterone, on the other hand, is classified as a Schedule III prohibited drug, meaning it is subject to stricter controls than other prescription drugs or synthetic hormones. Eli Erlick could face arrest if found guilty, although there was no mention of an investigation as of the time this essay was published.
However, Erlick has previously admitted to giving the hormones to those without a prescription or legal access. He bragged in a March 2021 YouTube video that he received extra hormones so he could administer his various medications for free. Erlick goes on to add that he previously asked for testosterone for a friend via Instagram, only for the social media platform to immediately delete the post.
“I know it’s illegal,” Erlick said, “but I liken giving cross-sex hormones to illegal jaywalking.”
He was the first person under the age of 18 in his state to have sex reassignment surgery (SRS) covered by his insurance.
