Emily’s last appearance on the red carpet was as a Bafta guest.
The Inbetweeners actress had a baby blue dress made especially for the television night of the year.
Tucking into club sandwiches
She then told fans: “I think I deserve a Bafta for most club sandwiches eaten before 4pm?
“It is a great privilege as always to attend Bafta.
“I had a specific idea in mind of what I wanted for my dress, and the very clever @franksldn made it for me in such a short time.
“I will always treasure it as the last dress I wore while pregnant to a red carpet event.”
