Emily Blunt had the cutest dates for the 2024 BAFTAs — her parents!
Emily arrived with her parents, Joanna and Oliver Blunt, instead of bringing along her husband, John Krasinski. Blunt, 40, stepped out in a dreamy sheer and metallic dress with cutouts and beading all over. The dress had dramatic bell sleeves and a train.
Her parents also dressed their best, with her mom wearing a sequined look and her dad in a smart tuxedo.

Margot Robbie and Emily Blunt wear almost identical dresses to the Governors Awards
Blunt usually brings Krasinski along to awards shows — and vice versa — and their last appearance was at the Critics Choice Awards in January, where The devil wears Prada the actress was nominated for best supporting actress in the film. Dressed in a cream-colored tuxedo and dark pants, Krasinski attended in support of his wife. Blunt opted for a Giorgio Armani dress decorated with sequins, crystals and rosettes, in a red combination with fellow nominee Margot Robbie.

The Oppenheimer the star chose striking combinations for this awards season. She wore a custom Alexander McQueen piece to the Golden Globes. The floor-length dress was a sheer gown with gold embellishments around the bodice, complemented by a white tulle skirt. Blunt is decked out in Tiffany and Co. jewels, including diamond brooches sewn into her hair.

At this year’s BAFTA Awards, Blunt received even more recognition for her outstanding performance in Christopher Nolan’s film Oppenheimer. For best actress in a supporting role, she competes with Danielle Brooks, Claire Foy, Sandra Hüller, Rosamund Pike and Da’Vine Joy Randolph for the coveted mask trophy.

Her colleagues Robert Downey Jr. and Cillian Murphy are also nominated in the acting categories. Oppenheimer he topped the field in total nods with 13.
