Erika Jayne Hopes to Win Big with Bet It All on Blonde Vegas Residency as Ex Tom Rolls the Dice in Fraud Trial

Erika Jayne is under pressure.

In the new trailer for her upcoming documentary Erika Jayne: Bet on the blondethe The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills the star is preparing for the opening night of his residency in Las Vegas.

“Nothing makes me happy,” he says as he struggles to remember the lyrics to his songs.

With just a few weeks until the show, Erika’s list of problems just keeps growing. “I know what my problem is – we’re over budget,” she says.

Erika Girardi admits she’s ‘at a loss’ in long-awaited fight over ex Tom’s alleged multi-million dollar scam

In addition to being in Vegas, Erika is also awaiting word on the trial of her estranged husband Tom Girardi, a disgraced and disbarred attorney who was charged with fraud for allegedly stealing from the families of plane crash victims in 2018. (Last month, Tom was found competent to stand trial in a fraud case .)

“Tom’s behavior has been bad for three years,” Erika says in the announcement. “S— this man did. Relegation is great. His family — he hurt them, too.”

When the producer informed her that Tom’s hearing was coming up, she replied, “I’d be a liar if I said it was 100% crazy.”

As for Erika, she claims she was unaware of Tom’s alleged criminal activities. Her RHOBH Costars were quick to question her involvement as criminal and civil lawsuits were filed, some of which mentioned Erika as well. She has since been acquitted in several of those cases, although other civil battles continue.

Despite Tom’s ongoing legal troubles, Erika embraces the “show must go on” mentality, saying, “Now I have to pick myself up and put on a show.”

But Mikey Minden, Erika’s creative director, worries it might be too little too late, telling her, “I don’t think we can do it.” He adds: “No one was killing it – including you.”

She then requested an off-camera meeting with Minden, saying, “I can’t get on the mic for this conversation.”

As he continues to rehearse, he says, “It’s not like it’s going to get any fucking better.”

Erika Girardi’s Vegas residence comes to life in a new style RHOBH spinoff, Erika Jayne: Bet on the blonde

Bravo announced the two-hour documentary — which chronicled the beginning of Erika’s provocative performance at the House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay — during a panel celebrating her extensive musical career at BravoCon 2023 in November.

“Looking to get her life back together both personally and professionally, the stakes couldn’t be higher for Jayne in light of her tumultuous breakup and ongoing legal battles,” reads the official synopsis. “With their focus on her upcoming residency at the famed House of Blues in Las Vegas, Jayne and her tight-knit team must deal with the challenges that come with performing at this level.”

“Their frantic six-week preparation for opening night tackles every detail – from songwriting and choreography, to wardrobe and glamor arrangements, and countless rehearsals – all while working against the realities of budget constraints and the ticking clock,” the synopsis continues. “With no shortage of backstage drama, tensions rise under pressure to deliver a show with the potential for an extended run.”
