Eve Amurri’s daughter will have a special role in her upcoming wedding.
While talking to Sophisticated weddings for their Fall/Winter issue, the actress, 38, revealed that her 9-year-old daughter Marlowe will walk down the aisle at her mother’s wedding to Amurri’s fiancé, Ian Hock.
“Marlowe will walk Ian down the aisle and stand next to me during the ceremony,” Amurri, daughter of Susan Sarandon and director Franco Amurri, told the publication. “She and the boys will be our only wedding party and I’m really looking forward to making them a big part of our wedding ceremony.”

Eva Amurri and fiancé Ian Hock recreated their Paris engagement for her children: ‘It was like a dream’
Asked if Marlowe was a part of any wedding planning, Amurri says there’s only one thing her three children — Marlowe and sons Major, 6, and Mateo, 2, who she shares with ex Kyle Martin — are looking for.
“We asked all three kids if there was anything that was really important to them, and so far the only thing they’ve come up with is dancing together,” she says. “All five at the reception. I think it’s going to be great fun.”
Marlowe, however, had strong opinions about what her mom would wear on the big day. “She was very stubborn about my dress!” Amurri reveals. “When I narrowed it down to two dresses, she strongly preferred one over the other, and I chose the one she chose!”
Photography — which Amurri says was Marlowe’s first — shows the mother-daughter duo posing together in wedding attire. Amurri wears a princess-style wedding dress while her daughter stands in front of her in a purple dress.
“We had fun!” says the proud mom of filming for Sophisticated weddings.

In February, Amurri got to relive her engagement when her fiance re-enacted their Paris engagement for her three children, sharing the sweet moment on Instagram.
“Our engagement for the kids 😭❤️🔥🎉 Weeks before our trip to Paris, the two big kids kept asking me if I thought Ian would propose in Paris,” Amurri — who is also a blogger and creator of the Happily Eva After collection — explained in the title.
“Marlowe, in particular, asked us to get married over a year ago, and she said, ‘I think it’s going to happen in Paris, Mom!!! You have to call me if he gives you a ring!!!’ 🥹”, she recalled.
Amurri said that after Hock popped the question, they called the kids who were “VERY excited” about the news.
“They wanted to know all the details. We told the weather we’d do it again for them when they got home,” she wrote.
