Goodyear, the famous tire manufacturer, posted a brain teaser on the company’s Facebook page, asking followers to figure out which car out of seven to move to unblock traffic.

The image shows four yellow cars and three blue cars stuck at a four-way intersection.

Are you one of the few who can see which car needs to be moved?

Look at the intersection better.

Before you start solving the puzzle, set a timer on your phone for 20 seconds if you’re up for a challenge.

And don’t look to the comments for any tips!

Goodyear asked his followers, “Which car needs to be removed so traffic can flow?”

No other clues were given and followers rushed to the comments section to share their guesses.

Do you think it’s the first car because it would pave the way for the second and third cars?

Maybe it’s the fourth car because if the cars were moving, it would cause an accident.

Are you the first of 86 commenters to figure this out?

You could have a high driving IQ if you can decide which car to remove to clear a traffic jam in just 23 seconds–

Looking at the comments, some people assume that multiple cars can be moved.

The title of the post, however, suggests that one car can be moved to clear the intersection.

Advantages of brain teasers and optical illusions

Researchers have developed many tests to show how different regions of the brain respond to brain teasers and optical illusions. There are many advantages.

  • They are not only entertaining, but shed light on how our brain interprets visual data.
  • By regularly exercising your brain, you improve your ability to focus and observe details.
  • Studies have shown that people who regularly face optical illusions and puzzles see great improvements in their problem-solving skills, concentration and attention.
  • Improved concentration and attention span can prevent cognitive decline in old age.
  • Optical illusions can improve vision by allowing you to see fine print.

Scroll to the bottom of the story to see the number assigned to each car.

Most people think that car no. 1 had to be moved so that traffic could flow.

But the second highest score was assigned to car number 4.

The third hit car went to the sixth car as it looked like it was going to cause a crash in the middle of the intersection.

Several drivers hit the car with the number no. 5.

What do you think is the correct answer?

Goodyear did not provide an answer, adding even more intrigue to the puzzle.

Send this puzzle to your friends, family and co-workers to see which car is correct.
