Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt Mission Impossible: The Walking Dead Part One. Before the film was released in the UK, we caught the stars of the action blockbuster at its London premiere in Leicester Square, and the film was a resounding success. Giving fans a sense of what was to come, gunpowder splattered the red carpet, starting the premiere with a single fuse that culminated in an explosion.

After spending time talking to each fan—some of whom have flown thousands of miles to meet him—Tom joined HELLO! for an exclusive interview where he reflects on his favorite memories from the franchise.

“I have a lot so it’s hard,” he said HELLO! “This is the first movie [1996’s first Mission: Impossible] I used to produce. So to be here and doing this for decades to come, you know, to be here in Leicester Square and to do this premiere, it’s so special. And with them – to be able to look at this cast and see how hard they have worked… we are really excited to share that with the audience.”

In 2020, there’s news of Tom’s record-breaking feat, appearing below. Dubbed “the greatest stunt in cinematic history,” the high-octane scene shows the actor riding a motorcycle down a cliff in Norway, before performing a basic jump.

Of course, the 60-year-old has been asked more than once about this stunt and his answer may surprise fans. “The point is that I’m not afraid, it’s not that I’m not afraid,” he explained to the outlet. “I don’t mind being scared. I don’t mind being nervous a little.”
While Tom was the main act on set, actor Simon Pegg – aka Benji Dunn – joked that he would rather sit in an armchair and watch TV than jump off a motorbike. Since joining the series in 2006, the 53-year-old has made some great memories.

“My favorite subgroup is me, Rebecca [Ferguson]Tom and Vinh [Rhames]”, he explained HELLO! “When we met as a four-year-old and hung out together because we’ve been doing it for a while. The four of us, we all know the score – hanging out with those guys on The movie set is the best memory.”

“We started, I think we were in Venice, and Venice was very quiet then,” continued Simon. “You know, there are very few positive things about the closure, but one of them is Venice, which is usually crowded, empty, and Pom Klementieff and I made a little movie in our spare time. named Au Revoir Chris Hemsworthwhich was part of the disbanding song Avengers Fantasy Football.
“So we went to Venice. She tagged all these clothes from Miu Miu, we shot this nice little black and white movie. Tom joined, Rebecca joined. I directed, writing the script with Tom and that’s the third thing that worries her. Instagram. She’s on my Instagram and she’s really cool, that’s my favorite thing outside of the movie.”

Delivering an excellent performance in the seventh inning Mission Impossible 7, Pom Klementieff plays deadly assassin Paris in the movie – a far cry from her iconic Mantis role in the movie Guardians of the Galaxy franchise.
During production, the 37-year-old was involved in extremely complex stunt work and it certainly paid off. “I have so many great memories of, you know, all the locations we shot, but also doing this amazing fight scene with Tom and unleashing my inner tiger,” she excitedly said. HELLO!

As for whether she took any memorabilia from the set, Pom teased: “Maybe I took something, but I can’t tell you because I’m not allowed!”
