SKY SPORTS made a funny mistake when they announced that West Ham star Jarrod Bowen had signed a contract extension with MANCHESTER UNITED.
Bowen has been a standout for the Hammers this season with an incredible five goals and two assists in eight appearances in all competitions.

And the east Londoners have rewarded the winger with a new seven-year deal that ties him to the London Stadium until 2030.
Sky Sports were so eager to announce a new long-term deal that they misspelled the England international’s name on Twitter.
Channel chirped: “BREAKING: Jarred [sic] Bowen has signed a new seven-year contract with West Ham United, Sky Sports learns.”
And then presenter Vicky Gomersall suffered an unfortunate slip when she announced that the 26-year-old had signed a new contract with United instead of West Ham.
Gomersall said: “Just some breaking news, we’ll get reaction to this later in the show.
“Jarrod Bowen has agreed a new long-term deal with Manchester United, which is breaking news for them.
“An official announcement is expected in the next 24 to 48 hours, so it is understood that the contract will take him until 2030.
“Like I said, we’ll talk more about that later in the show.”

Sky Sports continued to share the clip on social media as they missed Gomersall’s unfortunate error.
But the popular broadcaster proved it was good fun when it retweeted the clip with a funny apology.
Gomersall published: “I think aliens got into my brain. Apologies WEST HAM. I repeat WEST HAM.”
