Friendly’s celebrates the new year with delicious ice cream treats!
The restaurant chain announced earlier this week that it will release limited-time Conehead Sundaes every month in 2024.
Themed around the holidays that fall during each month of the year, the first dessert currently available for January is the Celebration Conehead, which, according to a press release obtained by PEOPLE, features a sugar cone with Fruity Pebbles cereal, a scoop of Friendly’s vanilla ice cream, M&M’s, cherry on top and whipped cream.
Next month, Friendly’s will celebrate Valentine’s Day with the release of the Cupid Conehead, which consists of red M&M’s and a scoop of Friendly’s strawberry ice cream, as well as a cherry on top. It is also topped with hot cream and topped with whipped cream, according to the release.
Then, in March, the popular chain said it will release its Conehead Easter Bunny, which will feature marshmallow frosting, banana slices, vanilla ice cream, cake cubes, cherries, M&M’s, rainbow sprinkles and whipped cream.

The Jonas Brothers are teaming up with Friendly’s for a trio of limited edition popsicles
All Conehead ice creams, priced at $4.99, “will continue to surprise and delight” restaurant patrons, according to Friendly’s.
Fan favorites like Ollie the Octopus Conehead and Rudy the Reindeer Conehead will return this year, and 2024 will also see new additions including the Turtle Conehead and Rockin’ Rockstar Conehead.
“We are excited for our guests to experience these amazing new ice creams,” Dawn Petite, president of Friendly’s Restaurants, said in a statement.
“We have lots of wonderful additions to our menu for the coming year, starting with our Coneheads,” she added. “With our favorite favorites and a few fun surprises, 2024 is sure to be a year full of sweetness and sharing the JOY of ice cream!”
Friendly’s, which serves signature appetizers and ice cream specialties, has 110 restaurants across the United States.
