The passenger recorded an incident from another aircraft at Gatwick Airport. The bosses then invited the entire luggage crew and asked to know the culprit.
Menzies, who employed the executives, and the airplain WZZZ Air apologized to the passengers last night and told the sun that it was “isolated incident”.
Several procedures were not caught in CCTV footage, so the culprit could not be identified.
But yesterday the finger focused on a worker, who was accompanied by an airport and faced a bag.
The source told Sun: “The video showed humiliating for Menzies.
“The costs were completely cavalier.
“It paints a terrible picture of Menzies and Wizz.
An airline company NO-Frills, based in Hungary, told Sun: “Wizz Air is sincere apologies for treating passenger luggage in a recent video.
“An investigation has been launched to ensure that it is not repeated.”
