He described the collection of funds “tragedy” as they invade the community.

It read: “We are heartfelt for families and loved ones of these precious children.

“In this devastating time we want to gather to support families with funeral expenses and other needs. Any donation, large or small, will help them alleviate the burden.

“If you are able to give, consider donation of our efforts to raise funds. Your generosity will help to honor the memories of these two young lives and give comfort to those who loved them.”

Both children are believed to have attended a nearby Briscoe Elementary School, which today opened their doors to the bereaved staff, parent and children.

It comes after the Basildon Council voted not to renew a scooter experiment on batteries for increasing concern due to the number of accidents involving them.

Labor Councilor Aidan McGurran said he was “delighted” last week after voting.

He added that they should “count happy” there was no “tragedy as a result”.

The teenager later joined the local high school and remembered as a talented footballer, playing through achievement through a charity for football (ATF).

One honor of his former teacher read: “Two beautiful souls too early. You were such a good child, the joy that should be taught in Pe.

“Ours together, watching you gain confidence in the football club and see you playing for school, seeing that awful smile when you scored and heard Mr. Billingham screaming your name celebrating is a great memory.”

Another loud: “I can’t believe you both are gone. ATF will no longer be the same. You were both too early. They will never forget you. “

Other floral honors at the scene were: “You were both dear people. I will always love you and remember you.”

The inhabitants claim that 30mph Road Ashlyns are that children are affected by multiple speed calm measures and is only five minutes away from their home.

One said: “This is a built area with a lot of children crossing the road to the park, playgrounds and nearby schools.

“But the cars are zooming as if it were a rural road of 60mph. There were recently so many collisions – even one that includes a police car.

“It is sad that this tragedy is needed to highlight the problem, but we hope that something will be done now now.”

Councilor Gavin Callaghan, leader of the Basildon Council, said: “I was deeply shocked and sad when I heard about the death of two young children at Pitte North West yesterday, after an incident on road traffic on the Chalvedon estate.

“I cannot imagine the pain and anxiety that the parents of these two children go through. We will support the local community through this difficult time.

“If you have seen anything or have any information about this accident, please contact the police immediately.”

The bereaved on the road left a dozen flowers and tickets on the road next to the football training.

One message reads, “I’m sorry you both took away too young.

“My thoughts and prayers are with everything that has been joyful to know you both, especially your family.”
