About the 5th Anniversary Update of World of Warships: Legends
This August, World of Warships: Legends celebrates its fifth anniversary with a grand celebration inspired by the vibrant and mysterious atmosphere of Ancient Greece. Players are invited to take part in the celebration, which includes a variety of special events and new and unique content designed to immerse players in the Legends experience.
A highlight of this update is the Champion Box, a special container that offers a chance to receive rare items from popular past events. These boxes can be obtained through a variety of in-game sources, including the Aegean Arrow campaign, the Sacred Odyssey Calendar, Birthday Bureaus, and Treasure Hunt Network events. These boxes are also part of the free Birthday Pack DLC on Xbox and PlayStation, ensuring that all players have a chance to join in the celebrations.
The update introduces new Commander Avatars inspired by Greek mythology, including Athena, Poseidon, and Zeus. These powerful characters bring strategic wisdom and great power to the game and can be obtained through various in-game channels, such as the Shop, new crafting stations, and the Sacred Odyssey Calendar.
Players can also participate in the new Sacred Odyssey calendar, which offers three weeks of daily quests and great rewards, including the Zeus Commander disguise as the final prize. The Birthday Bureau project runs from August 5 to September 9, and players can earn various rewards by completing sections commemorating important milestones in the past year of Legends.
Additionally, the update introduces new and returning ships that can be purchased for drachmas, as well as special Greek-style camouflages and anniversary crates. Join Wargaming as we celebrate the rich history and legacy of one of America’s most iconic battleships, the USS Texas! Famous for its role in both World Wars, it is now a museum ship – a testament to the bravery and pioneering spirit of the United States Navy.
