Gogglebox star Simon Minty reassures fans after being harassed by kids

Gogglebox star Simon Minty, 55, spoke of the “terrible” situation when he was watched by children in a store, who pointed and laughed at him cruelly.

He tweeted: “Some 12-year-old boys came up to me today to point and laugh. I said ‘grow up’. I kept shopping and they had to muster up their courage to follow me. I’m close. as talked to the store security, it was terrible. Left for Waitrose’s safety, ran into a special friend and met.”

He then took the time to reassure his followers that he was fine. One person replied, “So sorry to hear this! As a mother, I would be horrified and devastated if my child did this. Simon runs a consulting firm focused on improving conditions for employees with disabilities.
