Congratulations are in order for Gordon Ramsay’s daughter Holly and her partner Adam Peaty.
The couple announced the news of their engagement on Thursday, September 12, with an Instagram post filled with photos of the romantic couple and close-ups of Holly’s one-of-a-kind ring.
Peaty, a 29-year-old swimmer and Olympic gold medalist, worked with Pragnell on the rock, which boasts a large yellow diamond on a gold band. In his Instagram stories, the athlete revealed that the ring took 10 months to assemble.
“I trusted you with my vision and you succeeded,” he wrote above a picture of Holly carrying a sprinkler. “It’s perfect.”
In the carousel of photos, Holly wore a white bikini top and a baby pink manicure, which complemented the colorful gemstone.

Proud dad Gordon (57) congratulated his 24-year-old daughter on Instagram.
“Congratulations to this beautiful girl @hollyramsayy. So happy for you and @adam_peaty! Hols, watching you grow into the woman you are today with your kindness and love is absolutely infectious. Adam is a very lucky man! Welcome to the family,” he wrote.
Holly and Peaty became Instagram official on July 10, 2023, and in her engagement post on Instagram, she expressed how excited she was to marry her “best friend.”
“I really can’t put into words how I feel right now. I still remember how big my smile was that morning when I came home from my first date with you,” she wrote.
“Thank you for making the little girl in me feel loved, seen and happier than ever. I love you and I can’t wait to be your wife.”

In his own announcement, the athlete called himself “the luckiest man in the world to have such a gentle, caring and beautiful woman next to him”, adding: “You fill my heart to the brim and give my soul peace.”
In addition to Holly, Gordon and his wife Tana have five other children: Megan, 26, Holly’s fraternal twin Jack, 24, Matilda, 22, Oscar James, 5, and Jesse James, who they welcomed in 2023.
