After GOT7 member Mark Tuan revealed the contents of his solo comeback album, the K-pop community tweeted ’20 songs’. The astonishment of the fans was conveyed in the appointment. Adding 20 songs to an album is a big deal, especially if you’re a solo artist. Ahgases, fans of the group, sought to demonstrate this.
Mark Tuan will release his debut studio solo album, The Other Side, on August 26. Before revealing details about the album, the K-pop star announced a world tour under the same name as the album. Despite leaving JYP Entertainment and starting individual projects, GOT7’s fan base has remained steadfast. This is just another reason why people are confused about the album. The next CD, which includes a total of 20 songs, clearly shows that the K-pop star is ready to reveal his creative character.
On the other hand, Ahgases observes the specifics of Mark Tuan’s debut studio solo record.
GOT7’s Mark Tuan does things like no other idol. The 28-year-old rapper, singer and songwriter is preparing to release his first solo studio album since leaving the agency last January. All of his previous hits, including One in a Million, Last Breath, Never Gonna Come Down for Marvel’s Shang-Chi and Never Gonna Come Down for The Legend of the Rings, were digital singles.
The album’s popularity is at an all-time high, especially when the physical album material is released. On August 1, Idol announced the pre-order date and previewed the album’s contents. Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of photo cards, posters, outer boxes and other similar materials. A minor note about the “20 songs” however caught the attention of fans. The news is that the GOT7 rapper will release 20 songs that made Ahgases swoon. Fans have noticed how quiet the idol has been all this time, and unexpectedly leaked details of the album highlighted the hard work behind the silence. See how fans reacted below:

Recent developments regarding the GOT7 rapper
GOT7’s Mark Tuan had a great time with fans in Thailand. In May, he organized a three-day sold-out solo fan meeting in Thailand called Pull-Up. Fans believe that the three unreleased songs that the idol sang during the fan meeting will be on the next album. I Miss You So Much, My Name My Name and Mr. M were melodies. The 28-year-old also just planned a North American tour. During October and November, he will perform in 15 cities.
The tour will kick off on October 3rd in San Antonio, Texas and wrap up on November 6th in Los Angeles, California. Between these dates, they will appear in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Washington, Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Vancouver, Seattle and San Francisco, among other cities. After an exciting fan meeting, excited fans await Mark Tuan’s The Other Side. The album will be available for pre-order on August 4, 2022, and will be released on August 26, 2022.
