Guy Fieri Gets Tattooed with Sons Hunter and Ryder: See Their New Ink!

Guy Fieri started the new year surrounded by family and with new ink!

The Food Network star, 55, and his sons, Hunter and Ryder, showed off their tattooed arms in an Instagram post on Monday. In the photo, Hunter, 27, and Ryder, 18, can be seen smiling for the camera as they stood next to their father with their sleeves rolled up.

“Happy New Year from Fieri’s 🔥,” Fieri captioned his post.

One follower commented, “The family that tattoos together stays together.” Another wrote: “Love your new Hunter and Ryder tattoo! Happy New Year Fieri family!”

On his Instagram Story, Fieri showed off a behind-the-scenes photo of himself getting the tattoo, captioning it, “My turn.” The Diners, Drive-Ins & Diving the star shares his two sons with his wife Lori, with whom he has been married since 1995.

It’s been a celebratory few days for the Fieri family since New Year’s Eve also marked Ryder’s birthday. The television personality shared a video on Instagram in which she talks about her son’s greatest qualities to honor the occasion.

“Special day here at the ranch—Ryder’s birthday. And I’ll tell you something, son: I couldn’t be more proud of you. You’re an amazing person. You’re your own person, you’re an individual. Great athlete, great student, great friend , a great son,” Fieri is heard saying. In November, Hunter proposed to his girlfriend, Tara Bernstein.

“We’re very open, and while we were talking about wanting to marry each other, we looked at some rings and I got a sense of what she wanted. And then I worked with my friend to make a custom ring for her, and I wanted make it really special,” Hunter told PEOPLE of the special moment.

Hunter noted that the ring was made “a little extra durable,” explaining, “My goal in life is that you do this once, and when you do it once, it has to be perfect. So I made her a ring that I think represents my love for her. ”

The couple first met at his dad’s Super Bowl in February 2023. While talking to PEOPLE about the imminent return of the tailgate during the 2024 Superbowl, he said he’s “so proud of [Hunter] on so many levels.”

“I’ve never seen him like this in all his 27 years. He was completely out of control. He was completely lost. We’re happy that this is finally going to end and we can just move on, because we lost him. And she’s moving here to Northern California, thankfully and it’s going to be great,” he said with a laugh.
