Guy Fieri’s Son Hunter Is Engaged to Tara Bernstein: ‘Welcome to the Family’

Guy Fieri’s Family Thanksgiving was extra special this year!

During the Fieris’ holiday gathering, Food Network star Hunter Fieri’s oldest son proposed to his girlfriend, pileball pro Tara Bernstein — and she said yes.

“Coming soon…Mr. and Mrs. Fieri ♥️ #blessed,” Hunter, 27, posted on Instagram alongside photos of the romantic proposal by the pond.

He also shared a sweet photo with Bernstein — and her new ring — as well as some family photos from the Thanksgiving celebration, which included Guy, his wife Lori, and his youngest son Ryder, 17.

Ryder shared a sweet message for his big brother in the comments section of the engagement post, writing, “Proud little brother here❤️.”

Guy congratulated the couple with his own post. “Congratulations @hunterfieri and @taralynn.nyc,” he captioned a picture of the couple. “You two were made for each other. Welcome to the family, Tara.”

On Thursday morning, Bernstein documented her first Fieri Thanksgiving with a photo of her and Hunter holding hands on a family hike.

“Morning walks with family before Thanksgiving,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “I’m looking forward to both of our families being together.”

Hunter and Bernstein started dating in February — and the Fieri family welcomed her with open arms. In June, Guy revealed that he was a big fan of his son’s fiancee.

“[She has] good values ​​and is a really great person so I couldn’t be happier for Hunter,” he told PEOPLE. “This is a big deal. To see him so happy and to see him have a partner who is as motivated as he is, it’s perfect.”

The Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives the star also shared that Bernstein, whom he called a “cucumber machine,” fits in well with his close-knit family and that they enjoy the friendly competition. “She plays one-on-two and wins everything,” he said.

Also in June, Bernstein shared a sweet video highlighting some of the couple’s special moments.

“To my partner, my better half, I am so blessed to have someone as amazing and loving as you in my life,” she captioned the video. “Your energy, encouragement and positive light are infectious – you light up my world. I love you ❤️.”

On the same day, Hunter made his love happy with a sweet message on Instagram: “You mean everything to me!” he wrote a carousel of a couple of pictures. “Thank you for always supporting and loving me. You value love, family and loyalty, and I am truly blessed to have found someone as amazing as you! My ridaaaa, I love you baby ❤️.”
