Guy Tang, pioneer of hair coloring techniques, is happily married to Almar Guevarra. Tango, who was previously in a relationship with a woman, took some time to accept his sexuality, but is now open about his marriage to Guevarra.
Accepting his sexuality and his previous relationship with a girl
Tang had an identity crisis while in a long-term relationship with the girl he eventually got engaged to: he was Asian and had to deal with racism. But he still hasn’t come to terms with his sexuality. The hairdresser admitted that he knew he was different, but was afraid of being judged as an obstacle.
At the age of 27, a series of events forced him to take a stand; but admitting that he was gay was difficult for him. He also stated that it was difficult to accept himself after coming out.
Tang had a fiancée whom he adored. In a video he posted on his official Facebook, he talked about how difficult it was to reveal himself to his then-fiancée. He also mentioned that he missed her because she was his best friend. He met Guevarra while he was grieving a divorce.
An exceptionally supportive husband
Tango can often be seen on social media gushing about his wonderful and supportive husband. Guevarra has been making Tango’s life nice and comfortable for the past 11 years. Tang’s husband is currently a brain cancer research nurse working to make the world a better place for people living with brain cancer.
Despite her husband’s medical training and delicacy, Guevarra knows hair, Tango’s specialty. Because of his selfless love and support, he considers his wife the best husband in the world.

On September 22, 2019, the multi-talented YouTuber posted a photo with a cute caption on Twitter. In the description, he wrote that his husband was his constant support and biggest cheerleader. Tang wrote Till I Found You for her husband in honor of all he has done. The song shows how Tanga’s husband changed his life for the better.
