Hailie Jade Scott Says She's Feeling 'Post-Wedding Blues' Now That Her Big Day Is Over

Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Scott shares a little update on life after her wedding.

In a new video posted to Instagram on Saturday, June 15, the 28-year-old influencer opened up about what married life has been like for her so far as she got all glammed up to celebrate her one-month wedding anniversary with husband Evan McClintock.

“Get ready with me for an evening date 💃💍”, read the title of the post.

“It’s actually crazy that it’s already been almost a month since I got married. It feels like life has finally started to slow down a little bit,” Scott began the video as she applied makeup to her face.

She previously announced on Instagram on Monday, May 20 that she had married McClintock. The couple got engaged in February after more than five years of dating.

“Wake up a woman this week 🥲💍,” she captioned the wedding post, which featured photos of her big day.

In her GRWM date night video, Scott explained that a week after her wedding, she and McClintock unexpectedly went on their honeymoon.

The Just a little shady host said she plans to share more details about her wedding and married life in the new season of her podcast, which premieres in August, but revealed the biggest change in her life so far is “using the word ‘husband’.” ”

She said the word made her feel “older” and “more mature.”

“Part of me is like, ‘Am I old enough to have and say the word husband?’ ” she added.

“There’s definitely a period after your wedding where a little panic sets in,” Scott continued. – It’s almost like the blues after the wedding.

She went on to explain that she has been helping friends decorate their homes because she feels like there is a void in her life that was previously filled by planning weddings and parties.

“There’s … a moment when you just think, ‘Wow, this is all really gone?’ ” Scott said, elaborating on the post-wedding blues. “When you put so much time into planning everything.”

She ended the video by telling her followers that she was leaving to celebrate almost a month of marriage with McClintock.
