His difficult upbringing and his last encounter with his father
Ziyech, who was born in Dronten, had a difficult upbringing. He was raised among his eight siblings. In terms of his parents, he was just 10 years old when his father died, leaving his mother as a single parent. In an interview, Ziyech described his final moments with his father. He said it was a chilly winter following Christmas, and his father was laying in bed, his health deteriorating after being unwell for some time.
Then Ziyech, 10, wanted to remain with him even though he had to go to bed. He slept off at the edge of the bed, awoke at midnight, and walked to his room. But later, at about 3 a.m., he walked to the living room after hearing his family members’ grief. His father was no longer alive. Following his father’s death, he pondered retiring from football, but it was his tutor Doufikar who persuaded him to continue playing for the sake of his father. His siblings took up the role of father, caring for him until he was 14 years old. He ran away from home to play in Heerenveen and ended himself in a foster home.
But his bond with his family is as strong as ever. Ziyech claims that his mother is now 70 years old and can no longer walk or bear the strain, so she can no longer come to the stadium to see him play, but he knows she is proud of him. She tells him how she feels when he gets attacked whenever she watches his game on TV.
The origins of his Nickname
Ziyech is known as the Wizard, but how did he obtain that moniker? After one game, he received his moniker. According to Ziyeach, he had one terrific game while at Ajax, and the day after the game, one of the men on social media tweeted something with the term the Wizard, and people began calling him Wizard from that day forward. Even after leaving Ajax, fans still refer to him by his moniker and use that emoji on social media.
He is not frightened to express himself.
Ziyech has been quite vocal. He previously said that his former Heerenveen manager, Marco van Basten, was a big name but not a big coach. Similarly, he was sacked as captain of Twente after making disparaging remarks about the club. Ziyech claims he is not frightened to express himself.
He always talks from his heart, what he is feeling, and what he says. He is not concerned with how others interpret it, and it makes no difference what other clubs or people think of him since he always believes in his own strength, which is what ultimately counts. Ziyech claims that everything that occurred in the past when he was playing in the streets with bigger boys hardened him as a person. When he was younger and playing in the streets against older guys, he claims that they didn’t back down even when he was too good for them. They were constantly kicking, and all of this hardened him and helped him grow stronger.
Is he in a relationship?
Ziyech has not yet openly disclosed his personal life. He was, however, often seen with Aja Narie, an influencer, content developer, and blogger. Narie had a daughter with her ex-boyfriend, who regrettably died. She was just 15 when she gave birth for the first time. When Aja Narie revealed her second pregnancy, many assumed it was his. owever, Ziyech has not made any public statements regarding his girlfriend or relationship status.
Ziyech, who was named one of the top 20 players in the UEFA Champions League for the 2018-2019 season, has a net worth of about $10 million as of July 2023, which is expected to soar in the next months.
