Hamza Saleen Dar started playing cricket for Spanish clubs, mainly in Badalona, Barcelona, Spain. He subsequently played for Badalona Shaheen Cricket Club and Park Moncada Cricket Club in the T10 Catalan Cup.

In the 2023 European Cricket Series in T10 format, he played for Catalan Jaguars (CJ) and set several records. On December 5, 2023, he scored 193 runs in 43 balls with a strike rate of 449, including 22 sixes and 14 fours, against Sohal Hospitalet (SOH).
He also played for Pak Youngster CC and Ripoll Warriors CC in different seasons of the Catalan Cricket League. He represented Victoria Cricket Club in the 2023 Glasgow Cup. He also played for Real Moncada.

Hamza Saleen Dar made his debut in a T20I match against Finland on 17 August 2019 at the National Cricket Stadium, Kailava, Finland and scored 8 runs. He reached his maiden T20I fifty on September 11, 2021, scoring 59 runs against Germany. At the 2023 European Championship in Caltama (Malaga), he became the Most Valuable Player (MVP) with 354 points and 14 wickets, helping Spain win the bronze medal.
