Hank Williams Jr. he found love again.
The country singer, 74, is engaged to fiancee Brandi, according to a post shared on his Facebook page The Pure Hank Radio Show September 4.
“Newly engaged country music outlaw and southern rock legend Hank Williams Jr. together with his beautiful and lovely fiancee[e] Brandi”, reads the post next to a smiling photo of the happy couple.
Although Williams — who lost his wife Mary in March 2022 — and Brandi, 43, have mostly kept their relationship under the radar, the “Family Tradition” singer recently shared a photo on Instagram of his bride-to-be showing off her catch while fishing on the Fourth of July .

The pair were also photographed hunting in a January Instagram post that featured the caption “Dear Hank and Brandi.”
Williams’ engagement comes a year and a half after the death of his wife Mary Jane Thomas, who died in March 2022 after 32 years of marriage. She and Williams shared a musician son, Sam, 26, as well as a daughter, Katherine, who died in a car accident in 2020 at the age of 27.
Thomas, 58, died of a collapsed lung that was punctured during elective surgery a day earlier, according to the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s report and an autopsy report obtained by PEOPLE. The cause of death was listed as an accident.

In April 2022, a month after her death, Williams shared a touching tribute to his late wife on Instagram, looking back on the day they met in 1984 at an outdoor concert in Washington, DC
“38 wonderful years she gave me. Her kind spirit and beautiful and lovely love continues in the hearts of our son Sam, grandsons Beau and Tennyson and granddaughter Audrey Jane,” he wrote. “Of course, he will be forever missed and loved by many.”
The Grammy-winning musician has been on tour since May, and will wrap up his time on the road at the end of this month with two shows in Oklahoma. His latest album, Rich white honky blueswas published in June 2022.
This will be Williams’ fourth marriage.
