The Crown Prosecution Service said it was being charged by Northamptonshire Police with dangerous driving over Dunn’s death. But the US government rejected this extradition request.
Since then, Dunn’s parents have filed a claim for damages against Anna Sacoolas in the US.
Legal representatives for Dunn’s family filed documents in court opposing the request to suppress the employment information of Anna Sacoolas and Mr. Sacoolas at the time of the accident.
They said no calls or messages were found on her SIM card on the day of their son’s death.
According to the documents, Anne Sacoolas was distracted by her cell phone….and determines that the data on the phone related to the day of the accident has been deleted.
Dunn’s father and mother testified last month in a damages claim against Anna Sacoolas and Mr. Sacoolas. Anne Sacoolas and Mr. Sacoolas will testify at the end of this month regarding Dunn’s case.
Radd Seiger, a spokesman for Dunn’s family, said our lawyers have already said we don’t want to reveal national security secrets.
“We just want to get to the bottom of things and that’s exactly what we intend to do.”
Legal representatives for Ms Sacoolas have been contacted for comment.
