KATE Garraway will spend Christmas at the bedside of her seriously ill husband Derek, along with their two children.
TV presenter Kate, 56, Darcey, 17, and Billy, 14, will stay in hospital as long as possible with ailing Derek Draper over the festive period.

Derek, 56, is fighting for his life after suffering a heart attack – his latest setback since being struck by the 2020 coronavirus.
A source said: “It’s been a heartbreaking time for Kate and, of course, poor Derek.
“Unfortunately, his condition is mostly the same.
“The children are aware of the situation and have been by their father’s bedside as much as possible.

“The whole family comes together and tries to stay strong for each other.
“At Christmas time this is particularly devastating.”
The Sun on Sunday reported last week that Kate had taken an indefinite leave of absence from ITV’s Good Morning Britain and Smooth Radio due to Derek’s worsening condition.
He was first admitted to the hospital with Covid in March 2020.
He fell into a coma and was connected to a ventilator.
He spent 13 months in hospital, which makes him the longest-lived British victim of the coronavirus.
Former lobbyist Derek has since battled various health problems, with the virus causing brain inflammation, kidney failure, and liver and pancreas damage.
He still has difficulty breathing without help.
Kate has adapted their home in North London for her husband, who spends most of his time in hospitals and sleeping.
He was the subject of two acclaimed ITV documentaries fronted by Kate.
