Heather Dubrow makes every moment she has with her son Nick count because he will soon be studying abroad in Europe.
The 20-year-old, who will spend the semester in Florence, Italy, recently spent quality time with his mom, 55, and family in St. Tropez.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star described the getaway in an Instagram post on Wednesday, Sept. 4, writing, “I’m filing this under: THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY! ❤️.”
Dubrow’s post included a photo of her and her son smiling on the beach.

“Quality time with Nicky before we officially take him to study abroad,” she wrote above the picture.
The Bravo star also included a photo with her husband Terry Dubrow, 65, and a photo of herself relaxing on a beach lounger.
Dubrow revealed that her children Ace, 13, and Kat, 17, joined them, adding a cute family photo.

“Family dinners. Missing Max!!!” she wrote, talking about her 20-year-old daughter, who is starting her freshman year at Tufts University, per Bravo.
According to the network, Nick is entering his first year at Loyola Marymount University, where he is studying business finance.
Although Nick also has a real estate license, he shared it during a July 2023 appearance on Daily dish that he hopes to explore different career paths.

“That’s my specific major, but I got my license a few months ago, so I’m just doing this internship to explore it a little bit. But I also want to try to do an internship on the Hollywood agent side — maybe work at the post office a little bit — or maybe work at a bank,” he said. “I don’t know. I want to explore a lot of different things.”

While speaking with PEOPLE in May, Heather revealed that the best advice she would give a parent is to have open communication.

“Listen, four kids, different genders, different sexualities, and the best advice I can give any parent, no matter who or what their kids are or identify with, is to communicate,” she said. “I was raised in a 1950s household and people really didn’t talk about things.”

“Things were swept under the carpet and I didn’t want that for my family. And so there was always very clear communication and it’s really important to listen,” she continued.
